Actual Size Builders, Inc., formerly Trip Renn, Builder was incorporated on 1/1/04. We are a custom-orientated residential construction company, specializing in additions, remodels and renovations. We have our own in-house carpenter/builders, and long-term relationships with some of Durham, Chapel Hill and Carrboroo's fnest trades contractors.

Trip Renn, President, has grown his construction company from a one-man operation to its current size over the course of fifteen years, and has grown a substantial list of glowing references to show for it.
